We are a residential appraisal company serving the northern Willamette Valley including Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, and Yamhill Counties. Our client base is predominantly mortgages lenders, however we also perform appraisals for Realtors, and homeowners trying to remove their mortgage insurance.

Darren Harper, owner of Harper Appraisal and a native Oregonian, graduated from the University of Oregon and has been performing residential appraisals since 1993.

In the course of that performance, Darren has built a reputation for excellent service and quality reporting with his customers. He next recruited and trained a group of people to help him meet the clients needs.
